Registrations

The registration for the 12ENC conference is open.

All fees stated include VAT at 0%

Important information: Please remember that if you submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation, you must pay the registration fee. If payment is not completed by the end of November 2022, your abstract may not be included in the program and book of abstracts.

Registration includes

• Congress material and attendance to the Congress sessions and Exhibitions

• Refreshment breaks and lunches during the Congress

• Welcome Reception: Port Wine and Ovos Moles de Aveiro degustation under a particular musical moment

• Gala Diner with a special entertainment moment (45.00 / accompanying person, maximum 1 accompanying person per attendee). The registration in the gala dinner is mandatory until november 27th: bookings in the personal área

Proforma Invoice

A pro forma invoice can be download at personal area but first is required fill some data.

• Choose a Fee

• Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.

 Cancellation and Refund

• For any cancellation received until November 14th 2022, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)

• For any cancellation received after November 14th 2022, no refund will be made

• All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant

• Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt

• Refunds will be handled after the Conference
